Open Safari (Apple) or Chrome (Android)

Copy the link for the My Maintenance - Request Site   https://bit.ly/PARED_MYMain

Paste the link into the address bar of your browser

Click on the Bookmark icon (Box with an arrow pointing up)

Select Add to the Home Screen

Create a name for the app 'MyMaintenance'.

Click Add on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Open Chrome (Android)

Copy the link for the My Maintenance - Request Site  https://bit.ly/PARED_MYMain

Paste the link into the address bar of your browser

Tap the menu icon (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to the home screen.

You can enter a name for the shortcut, and Chrome will add it to your home screen.
