Open Engage > Select Daybook > Select “Staff Daybook”.
Click on “Add New Entry” > Select “Staff New Practicum Student Request” > After selecting click on “Add New Entry”.
On “Available Staff”, pick your name.
After selecting “Your Name” scroll down and fill out the Information.
Scroll down to Status, click on “1 New Request" for adding a new Entry. PA/Admin Staff will be notified.
If you are a PA or Admin, change the status to "2 PA - Admin - WWC Check Done" after the PA/Admin Staff has checked student's WWCC is valid. IT helpdesk and the Requester will be notified.
Please add an attachment of the “Working with Children Check” Please upload an image or a file.
If IT, change the status to "3 IT - All Accounts Required Done" once all accounts have been created. Admin Staff and Requester will be notified.
