HILLS CODE AND PROCESS 

Partial Absences options:

*A   Reason is NOT acceptable

PA - Late Unjustified - student's reason is not acceptable or parent additional note is note acceptable as well.  Except Medical   

PAe - Left Early  Unjustified - student's reason is not acceptable or parent additional note is note acceptable as well. Except Medical  [AFTERNOON SESSION]

PAT ( for Tangara only ) - they send SMS for lateness without additional note from parents 

 *L  Principal Acceptance or the Reason is acceptable

PL - Justified  - reason is acceptable  except Medical 

PLe - Left Early Justified - reason is  acceptable except Medical   [AFTERNOON SESSION]

*S  Sick/Medical

PS   - Justified  - Medical reason

PSe - Left Early Justified - Medical reason  [AFTERNOON SESSION]

*SB - Sick Bay
