Check you have the myViewBoard app installed on your computer, it should have already been pushed out to your work device by the IT Team.
You will also need the myViewBoard Companion app on your phone for logging into myViewBoard on your device AND the interactive whiteboard.
Open up the Companion phone app
Select the Host/IT Admin role
Sign in with your Microsoft account & provide your login details
Use the QR code camera feature to login to either the myViewBoard app on your computer or the interactive whiteboard, whichever you plan to use for your class.
Before you login to the ViewBoard, you will need to switch from Vivi to the ViewBoard home screen. To do this, expand the side menu button and tap the Home button as shown.
Select the myViewBoard app on the interactive whiteboard, and you will be prompted to sign in. There will be 2 methods to sign in: Staff Card or Companion App.
Tap your Staff card onto the NFC reader on the bottom left corner of the ViewBoard. You will here a sound from the board when it successfully detects the card, and the screen changes to the home page.
Use the Companion App on your phone to scan the QR code on the sign-in page. After successfully signing in, it will take you to the home page.
You will know you have signed in successfully when the profile picture on the bottom right corner of the screen no longer says "Sign in".
You can now use the myViewBoard app as an interactive whiteboard for your classes.
If you want to save your notes from your classes, click the open folder icon in the bottom task bar, then select "Save as", then "OneDrive".
Save all of your whiteboard files into one folder you can easily find & retrieve.
Login to the myViewBoard app on your computer, then click the open folder icon in the bottom task bar, select "Open files", then select "OneDrive'.
Open the whiteboard file you have saved from your classes.
Make sure to log out of your profile after you have finished using myViewBoard in your classes by going to the home screen, clicking on your profile at the bottom right corner of the screen, then selecting "Sign Out". Select "Sign Out" when the prompt appears to confirm your action.
