Make sure the following devices are switched on:
Soundboard (Mixer) – Power switch on the side.
Amplifier – Ensure the bottom 2 devices in the rack are turned on, the top 3 are not necessary.
Wall Ports – Ensure the wall switches are turned on.
Vivi – Turn on the Vivi from the control panel if needed.
On the mixer, raise both main volume sliders to the –5 or 0 mark. This ensures sound will be audible across different audio setups.
Vivi is pre-connected to Column 1 on the mixer.
Before testing sound:
Confirm your device is connected to Vivi.
Ensure Vivi is selected as the active sound output on your device.
Once confirmed, slowly raise the volume slider on Column 1 of the mixer until the desired volume is reached.
Always increase volume gradually to avoid sudden loud output or feedback.
The lectern microphone is routed to Column 24 on the mixer.
To set up the lectern on stage:
Select a compatible cable from the blue box located under the mixer.
Ensure the cable fits both the lectern and the on-stage port, as shown in the reference photos.
Plug the cable into Port 13 on stage, which is internally routed to Column 24 on the mixer.
Once connected, slowly raise the volume slider for Column 24 until the desired sound level is reached. Increase volume gradually to avoid feedback..
The Rode microphone kit includes three devices:
Main Microphone (labeled “1”)
Secondary Microphone
Receiver (distinguished by its display screen when powered on)
To power on each device:
Press and hold the button marked with a circle and slash symbol (⭘).
Wait until the device lights up steadily (no flickering).

Connecting the receiver:
Use the supplied red cable with adapter.
Plug the smaller end into the receiver.
Plug the larger end into one of the ports in the second row of the mixer.
Adjusting volume:
On the receiver, press the button with the mute icon to adjust gain.
Set the gain to 0 dB.
Then, slowly raise the corresponding volume slider on the mixer until the desired level is reached.
Speak into each mic and confirm sound is coming through the speakers.
Walk around with wireless mics to check for dropouts or feedback.
Adjust volume levels as needed.
