Welcome to our Teams Calling Info site

Contained within this site, we will have created some resources that will help you understand how to use Teams to make phone calls. Don't worry if you have had a Teams video meeting. Then making a call is even easier as you don't need to show your face.

Teams Calling will offer several key benefits.

All staff will have an individual Phone number to share with others (if they need or wish to).
Better pared-wide contact ability as you can search for all staff in Teams to call them.
Greater redundancy as it is not reliant on old hardware on-site by is a service hosted in the Cloud.
Ease of calling - Calls can be made from multiple devices anywhere (Laptop Client, Mobile app, Web browsers) and still look like you are calling from a Work number.
Mobile App offers even more flexibility to make and receive calls.
All missed calls are recorded in Teams displaying the number that called you.
All Voice messages are stored in Teams - Calls, including a voice recording and Voice to Text translation of the message left.
Great call management of incoming external calls by using an automated receptionist.
