1. Sign in to the Chromebook
Use the following login credentials:
Username: casualteacher.t@tangara.nsw.edu.au
Password: Please email helpdesk@pared.edu.au if you do not know
2. Launch Vivi
Open the Vivi web app.

Choose desired school and login
Select “Share Screen” — this will project the opposing team onto the whiteboard for your students to see.
3. Connect Audio
Plug in the RODE microphone receiver using a USB-A port on the Chromebook.
Go to Settings > Audio Input and switch the input to the RODE mic.
4. Position the Laptop
Place the laptop on the table.
Ensure the laptop is facing your students — this allows the opposing team to view your students during the trial.
