Turning on Projector
Turning on Projector
Press the On button on the control panel on the wall. Wait a couple moments for the projector to turn on and warmup.
Open Vivi
Open Vivi
Click on the Windows button at the bottom of the task bar or press the windows button on the keyboard. Once a search bar appears, search "vivi".
There will be a Vivi application shown, please click on the icon or select open.

Once a new window has opened, there will be options under the Rooms tab.
Click on Tangara
Go down the list until you see Tangara McArthur and click on it
Select the room TAN_U082 and click Join Room
A required code will be prompted. Please look at the projected screen as there will be a code displayed on the bottom left. Input that given code

Click on Share Screen, this will cause your laptop screen to go black for a couple moments
Your screen should now be mirroring the laptop screen onto the projected screen
Using the Microphone

Take the Microphone out of the charging station
Turn on the microphone with the power switch located near the base of the microphone. The display should turn on as an indicator it is turned on.

When usage of microphone is finished. It is essential to put it back on charge to ensure it has battery for future use.
Put the microphone back into the charging dock. NOTE: The charging will only work when the microphone is place in a specific way.
You will know you have successfully put the microphone on charge when the charging dock lights are flashing.
