1. FOR URGENT OR EMERGENCIES RESPONSE CALL

Call Maintenance via Teams or phone 02 7259 3588 to reach the Emergency response line.

2. ALL OTHER REQUESTS—Please complete a MyMaintenance request. Request types (Works Department) include Cleaning, Grounds, Maintenance, and Setups. Please make sure you know about the room you are in so that you can add it to the request.

3. FOR NEW PROJECTS - These could include large expense items such as Renovations, New Carpet, New/Additional Furniture, etc.. Please speak with your Direct report/Principal/Manager before raising the initial request in MyMaintenance using "Works Department". Works Department = i.e. RED-New Projects 


Who is responsible for what?

The teams below are all part of the Operations Department and the CSG group.

Please note: Maintenance and Grounds Teams work across all four PARED sites and may not always be at each site.
