1. Book hall usage with Minda

2. Grab loan key from Minda
3. Open locked gate with loan key
4. Open curtains
4.1 Turn Key 90° to the right.
4.2. Hold Open button
4.3 Once open return the Key to original position 90° on the left (As shown in picture)
5. Turn lights on - next to side entrance
6. Activate wall control by touch
7. Select Assembly mode
6. Alternatively the Bio box has two iPads that can be used to control AV from anywhere in the Yarra hall.
Open the Crestron Go app from the home screen
7. Select Assembly mode
From here the setup is identical between the Wall panel and iPad
Note: You must return the iPads to the Biobox charging pads after use
7. Select Audio
8. If using Lapel Mics or Handheld Mics
There are Lapel Mics 1,2,3,4 located in the charging station
There are Handheld Mics 1,2 located in the charging station
Make sure the mic being used is un-muted
Check Volume level - default is 70%
Can be increased to 100%
9. Project to Vivi
Common issue Fix - Content on screen not the same as on laptop
Press 🪟(Windows) + P
Select Duplicate
Vivi volume control - Also has mute functionality

1. Press Shutdown from wall control
2. Turn off all used mics – Plug into the charging station
3. Turn lights off next to side entrance
4. Close curtains with pulley
5. Close Gate – Lock with padlock
If you only need sound you can collect your device via Bluetooth, You can connect any bluetooth Enabled device e.g. Phone, Laptop, Tablet
To the Left of the stage (Stage right) Beneath the AV control Panel you will see this panel.
Hold the Pair button until their is a blue flashing light to the right of the Bluetooth Logo
Open up your devices Bluetooth Settings, How to get here can vary for different devices. If correctly put into pairing mode you should see an option to connect to called "WP2-Stage-L-BT"
Select this option and it should connect automatically without the need for any Pins/Passwords
On the Main Control Panel or one the iPads open Basic or Assembly Mode
Along the top select 'Audio'
Navigate to the 'Wallplates' Tab and ensure that Bluetooth is unmuted
Note: The default sound setting is quite loud, please lower it before you start playing audio
