Turn ON the Mixer.
Flip the power switch (or press the button) on the back, right side of the mixer.
1. Find the Amplifier.
It is located under the desk on the left side.
2. Turn the Amplifier ON
Press the power button or flip the power switch.
Verify the three microphone cables are plugged in at the top of the mixer.
They are connected in this order (from left to right):
Blue Mic
Lapel Mic
Yellow Mic
Find the volume controls for the microphones. These are the sliding levers (sliders) at the bottom of the mixer. The volume is pre-set, but you can change it if you need to.
To make it louder: Push the slider ↑ up.
To make it quieter: Pull the slider ↓ down.
1. Power On the Microphone
Find the power button on the back of the microphone unit (or at the bottom of the handheld mic).
Press and hold this button until a small Red Light appears. This confirms the microphone is on and ready.
2. Position the Microphone Correctly
For both the Lapel (clip-on) and Handheld microphones, the correct distance is approximately 15 cm away from your mouth.
Tip: Keeping this distance ensures the clearest sound.
The sound system is separate from the projector. To get any sound (for video or music) through the room's speakers, you must connect the Aux Cable to your laptop's headphone port.
Follow these steps when you need to project visuals for a presentation or video.
Turn ON the Projector: Locate the projector remote and press the Power ON button.
Connect Visuals (VIVI): Use the VIVI application on your laptop. Enter the connection code displayed on the screen to wirelessly mirror your laptop to the projector.
Connect Audio (Aux): Plug the Aux Cable into your laptop's headphone jack.
Check Settings: On your laptop, verify that the sound output is set to Headphones or Speakers 3.5mm Connection.
Adjust Volume: Use your laptop's volume controls to set the final playback level.
