How to set up 2-Step Verification
*** ALL Staff accounts must have turned on 2FA by 5 pm Wednesday 25th November 2024 ***
Sign in to your Google Account.
Click here Google Account to go and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Security Settings.
On the left sidebar, click "Security".
Scroll down to "Signing in to Google" and click "2-Step Verification".
Click "Get Started" and follow the prompts to re-enter your password.
3. Choose Authenticator Method.
Select Authenticator method.
Follow steps shown on screen:
Download the app
Scan the QR code shown on app by pressing the plus sign on the bottom right of the screen
Enter the code to verify.
You can download the Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator apps by scanning one of the below QR codes on your mobile device. Be sure to select the correct QR code for the type of mobile device you have (Apple/iOS or Android);

4. Turn On 2-Step Verification
After you’ve chosen your method, click "Turn On" to enable MFA.
5. Test It
Sign out of Google and sign back in to make sure MFA works.
